How do I stop font from changing?

I set my font in which print &which,color ink Iwant,&then all of a sudden it changes by itself..It holds for about 15 minutes ,,then I have to stop in the middle of something & set it all over again!! HELP!!before I go nuts!! (iceprincess)****
