On one of my binders for school...(please read)?

i have my name on it and first intail and then it says health. should i put my health teachers name on it or should i write my homeroom teachers name. the thing is he doesnt have his own cl room he uses other peoples rooms while teachers dont have cl in there. should i put his name down or my homeroom? thanks
