What should we do in Iraq?

Should we pull out of Iraq and let the weak Iraqi government and military try and maintain control? and let all those, lives, billions of dollars, and the past 8 year just go to waste? Or should we stay in until we know the Iraqi's can fully support themselves? spending billions more and the lives of americans, yet we know that at least our fallen americans didn't die for nothing. Maybe this is why a lot of countries don't like america we go in and mess their country up and leave. Just asking
