What organizations are aganst subsidized (free) education? Are any academic sources available?

I am finishing a political science research paper regarding the organizations for and against subsidized (or, free) education. I have found many organizations supporting this, but nearly none against it. Any statistical information regarding subsidized education, as well as organizations against: subsidized education, higher taxes from educational expenditiures, or state run or governmental controlled education will be appreciated.
