Does Blue Cross Basic PPO 1000 covers cancer screening?

My mother has this plan and she's wondering whether she could get the cancer screening. (Especially the colon part). I know that basic mammogram and PSA are covered (20 % co-insurance), but the plan brochure does not give me any details!
