I need help----18 and controlled issues?

okay well im brittany i have a boyfriend named andy he just recently turned 18-- we have been together 4 a while now- but heres the deal he has a bedtime and hes 18.... his mother dosent like me at all no matter how hard i try to get her to c that i love her son she could care less so i gave up on trying to work things out--- i love my boyfriend very much but anytime i want him to be with me his mother wont let him--- for example andy (my boyfriend) is over its about 10 both of us our tired so we decide it would be best 4 him to stay the night so we call his parents and let them know he will be here tonight and not even 5 minutes later we get 40 phone calls saying how i ruin my boyfriends life... last night paula (my boyfriends mom) told andy she was going to call the cops on him and report him as a run away.. this scared him so he left.. which hurt me to c him act like this when i know it was wrong.. so my question is being 18 is that even possible... i need some legal advice really... we live in the us last time i checked legal age is 18...
