Male Co-Worker?

I've been in that situation (except the children part). The difference with me is he got promoted to management ( I would NOT suggest this). Anyway it seems he likes you and if I were you I'd suggest giving it a shot. You never know where you'll meet your Mr. Right For You :) I'd suggest going for coffee sometime and seeing how you too feel outside of the work environment, seems harmless but it can tell a lot. If it doesn't work out, yes it can get awkward but that all depends on how it ended really. You guys can get a non-romantic relationship back with time and effort. My suggestions would be to try it out slowly (coffee, diner) and see how it feels. Take a chance and see what life throws you, seems you're interested if you posted a question. Go for it girl :)
