Martha Stewart Chocolate chip cookie recipe?

I use Crisco shortening when I bake cookies. er cookies don't get the same rise, and tend to be crispier. I have always subbed wheat flour for the regular flour. It makes the cookies a bit darker, and they have a bit of a nutty flavor, which isn't bad. It's OK to sub the brown sugar. But "spread" is not for cooking. Don't use that please.
