These people have a cheek persecuting drivers for going a few mph over an archaic limit..?

I agree that we should be able to go a bit faster on the highway/motorway (like, by making the speed limit higher). But I have found that most people break the limit in residential city areas which is very unsafe! The cameras should be here, in the cities, where pedestrians, cyclists, dogs, extra traffic, etc, make speeding a very dangerous thing.
