What should I be for halloween? (Easy 10 points)?

One idea I had was to go as Draco Malfoy as sort of a tribute to Team Starkid's "A Very Potter Musical" because their Draco is played by a girl and he...she...is like my favourite character out of all their musicals ever. But I'd have to buy the slytherin robe, the slytherin tie, AND a wig so that's going to be very expensive. Another idea I had was Judy Garland. It would be cheaper because I can just find a dress that looks sort of old hollywood at value village, but I couldnt' find a wig that looks like her hair yet, and also I'm not sure many people would recognize me. Any suggestions?
