Will My Chemical Romance be opening for Blink 182 on tour?

I wanted to know if MCR would be opening for Blink 182 or if they would be playing an equal amount. I'm a huge MCR fan and i really wish i could've gone to their Danger Days tour, but i live in Cincinnati and the closetst location was Cleveland.
