Anyone else newborn like this way not sleeping at night at all?

during the day she sleeps in her binet but at night she wont .. maybe shes not tired i dont know .. but when shes in my arms she sleeps in a second than when i lay her down she opends her eyes or just fuss until she crys .. and than she sucks on her fingures because shes hungry so i feed her she will eat ONLY ounce and than shes done i burp her and shes done than i go upstairs and about 15 minutes after shes hungry AGAIN .. so i feed her again and she keeps doing this every 15-20-30 minutes all NIGHT .. and she NEVER sleeps during the night i try waking her up during the day but she still goes to sleep after so that hasnt worked out good anyone else newborn this way
